Therefore, to make the sustained and healthy development of China’s economy, continual increase investment and exports, at the same time, spare no efforts to expand domestic demand and improve people’s income, increase in the effective demand of the domestic residents.12th Five-Year Plan made it clear that "adhere to the strategic adjustment of economic structure as the main direction to accelerate the transformation of economic development and to build long-term mechanism to expand domestic demand and promote economic growth shift to rely on consumption, investment and exports."
