As the economy develops and knowledge plays an increasingly important role in the enterprise competition, the value of human capital in the enterprise has become more and more important. As the most important human capital investment, training is being valued by a growing number of enterprises manager, and has become one of the most important means to promote business change and to support the achievement of strategic objectives of enterprises. Training is an important way to improve the professional skills and overall quality of staffs. As an important part of the training, effectiveness evaluation of training is more than a simple assessment of learning effect. It plays a very important role in promoting the conversion of learning effect and the job achievement of employees. Thus, the collection of evaluation data, the assessment of training effect and the feedback of the assessment results is a process of system. How to evaluate training effectiveness scientifically and effectively and to increase the value of training of staffs has become an important issue and a big challenge faced by trainers.In this paper, we make use of methods of document analysis, questionnaires, interviews and so on. Firstly, the famous analysis theory of training evaluation model is compared between China and overseas, and the model of Kirkpatrick (Kirkpatrick) level assessment and the CIPP evaluation model is eventually selected as the main theoretical support. We build the training effectiveness evaluation index system and assessment methods from four stages-the Demand Analysis, planning, implementation and evaluation of training, as well as four levels-reaction, learning, behavior and results. In addition, thorough research and analysis on problems and reasons for the current training system is presented combined with the assessment of current situation for the training effect of XA Group. The original training effectiveness evaluation process has been optimized and improved followed by the design principles of training effectiveness evaluation and combined with my own work experience. Finally, more suitable training effectiveness evaluation system is brought out to solve the problem in current situation of the XA Group. Factors which ensure training effectiveness evaluation system and organizational guarantees are preliminary exposition and explored.This article aims at providing training and development experience for similar human resources management, and assessing training more effectively and scientifically for similar enterprises, with the help of improving XA Group training evaluation and the introduction of the optimized evaluation model.
