In the modern society, uneven talents are full of the market and the competition is so fierce. In this situation, the enterprises and the job seekers are both caught in a dilemma. The talent is busy with finding a good employee while the corporation is busy with finding a proper talent. What the enterprises need is to find a new efficient way to separate the talent from the ordinary people. Of course, this kind of new method and approach is important to the job seekers.This article is based on such a realistic background. Relying on the corporate open day, the article tries to find what the students and the enterprises really want to get by the methods of User Research, User Role Simulation and Process Planning, then to build the KPI system about the user needs.This article agrees that the demands of the users decide the content of the exhibition activities and the content of the exhibition activities decide the process of the visiting. The article will carry out the design of the talent recruitment pavilion content arrangement and visiting procedure, in order to provide a zero interaction between the enterprises and the job-seekers. Through the way of talent recruitment pavilion, the activities can enhance the corporate image and build a mutual communication and understanding platform which is more scientific and shared between the students and the enterprises.
