At present, although global economy has shown signs of recovery, but theshadow of the international financial crisis has not yet gone,our country as animportant member of the WTO,the domestic automobile consumption market brandsare various increasingly, despite there is increase but no decrease in the overallautomobile production and sales,after experienced a first qualitative leap fromnonexistence to existence,automobile consumption of our country shows it many newchanges,market consumption returns to rational gradually,the domestic market hasentered a new adjustment period of transition.Meanwhile,due to a huge consumptiondemand as well as development potential of our country automobile market,thewell-known automobile giants of all countries start from global economic integrationstrategic angle,they’ll rush to the fore to cast eye to China’s huge automobilemarket,from vehicle production to parts production,from after-sale service toautomobile financial service,omnibearing and multi-angle supplies have everythingthat one expects to find.Self-owned brand automobile enterprises of our country onaspects of self-owned research and modern advanced management mode,famousbrand effect and marketing network, and so on,are far away well-known foreignautomobile manufacturers.Facing to severe challenges from the internationalmarket,automobile enterprise of our country should seize opportunity evenmore,formulate a set of effective development strategy to conform to the actualsituation of their own,improve automobile enterprise competitiveness and makeself-owned brand of our country step into the forefront of world automobile brandgradually.However,through overall investigation for automobile manufacture enterprise ofour country,we found the current automobile total output is created by more than120vehicle manufacture enterprises together,from the point of resource optimizationconfiguration,all automobile manufacture enterprises are not able to reach economicof scale effect.The annual production of Shanghai Automobile Group CompanyLimited is maximum,but it’s only a fraction of the foreign auto giants;in general,automobile enterprises’ independent technological innovation ability of our country isweak,especially the core technology of the engine,gearbox and other automobile corecomponents are still mastered in the hands of foreign hands;the national self-owned brand market share is shrinking.Car market is the symbol of domestic automotiveindustry development level,but forms the sharp contrast with it,in2010our country’sself-owned brand car sales accounted for only16.23%of the total sales.The practiceof domestic automobile market shows that automobile enterprises of our country needto be on the basis of fully investigation and research,to establish a scientific andreasonable evaluation system of the competitiveness to make objective analysis andevaluation,to take up their own actual situation countermeasures,so that all aspects ofcompetition will be a corresponding increase as soon as possible, to respond to thechanging market and increasingly severe challenges and walk out of a rich Chineseautomobile industry to take off the road.This article is in the face of such a fierce competition as well as the domesticautomobile market under the background of many new changes,proposed to ourcountry automobile enterprise competitiveness research:the first chapter:introducedthe background, purpose and significance of this text, and then summarized theresearch present situation of domestic and foreign enterprise competitiveness anddomestic automobile enterprise competitiveness research status;the secondchapter:summarized our country automobile industry characteristics, then undertookto comb automobile industry development history of our country according to thetime order,finally analysed development present situation of our country majorautomobile enterprises and carried on the summary;the third chapter:according to theenterprise competitive elements and their relationship to each other,designed a set ofevaluation index system based on our country major automobile enterprisecompetitiveness,and all of the quantitative analysis of evaluation indexes aredescribed in detail,and gave the calculation basis,finally constructed enterprisecompetitiveness evaluation model;the fourth chapter:used our country automobileenterprise competitiveness evaluation index system which is established,this textselected18domestic listed automobile manufacturing enterprises’competitiveness tofactor analysis,and summarized the results of the analysis;the fifth chapter:based on acombination of the qualitative and quantitative analysis,put forward to raise thecountermeasure and the suggestion of our country automobile enterprisecompetitiveness;the sixth chapter:through the enterprise competitiveness theoryanalysis and empirical research summary,reached our country automobile enterprisecompetitiveness research conclusion and prospect.
