| With the development of consumption economy, the car gradually become family daily necessities, automobile products gradually increase in market supply and demand, the car is becoming more and more intense competition among the enterprises. Many car manufacturers need to realize themselves’ competitive level, so that can get better achievements.Based on the related theory of enterprise competitiveness, this paper has standardized the conceptof enterprise competitiveness, and distinguished the related concept of enterprise competitiveness, such as:national competitiveness, industry competitiveness, business competitiveness, andexpounded the influencing factors of enterprise competitiveness, and gived a brief comment on the evaluation method of enterprise competitiveness. On the basis, to build the automobile manufacturing enterprise competitiveness evaluation index system, involving enterprises with the scale resources, technical resources, market capacity, financial capacity, including seventeen three-grade indexes.Secondly, this paper maninly on quantitative analysis of the multi sample enterprise competitiveness evaluation, and the qualitativeanalysis as a supplement. In quantitative analysis, choosing factor analysis and cluster analysis method as evaluating the competitiveness of automotive manufacturers, choosing the Shanghai stock market29automobile manufacturers as evaluation object. Four main factors were extracted by using factor analysis:scale-technology-market capacity factor, staff-level actor, liquidity factor, the proportion of R&D expenditure factor, calculate the each main factor score and total scoreof the evaluation object. On the basis, the evaluation objectsare divided into five categories by using the clustering analysis method:features, excellence, bad, good and medium. In respect of the qualitative analysis, selecting a case of the evaluation object, conducting the SWOT analysis, and comprehensive evaluate the competitiveness level of the object.Finally, according to the evaluation object of each main factor score ranking, the comprehensive score ranking and the result of cluster analysis, and combined with case analysis, puts forward some countermeasures to contribute to improve the competitiveness of evaluation object:optimization scale, technological innovation, improving the capacity of the market, the implementation of talent planning, strengthen financial management, strengthen the R&D input, etc. |
