Studies On The Distirbutive Justice In The Backdrop Of Harmonious Society

The report of the 17th Party Congress points out that, if we reallywant to construct the socialism harmonious society, demonstrate thesuperiority of socialism, ease, resolving social contradictions, it mustrealize the wealth distribution justice. Fairness and justice hasincreasingly become the important theory and practice problem.Contemporary theories of distributive justice can roughly be summed upas represented by Rawls’s concept of justice, to Nozick as therepresentative of the "justice in holdings" and Marx’s "distributionaccording to work" the theory of justice. While the principle ofdistributive justice in contemporary China can be summarized as: bycontributive allocation principle, reasonable difference principle and theprinciple of indemnity.Current our country allocates pattern existing macroscopicaleconomic structure is not quite reasonable, the expansion of incomedistribution gap, induced polarization between the rich and the poor, thecurrent distribution system has defects, both economic and social doubletransition of the inevitable outcome, and is the result of current ourcountry allocates justice system induced by the defect. Under thebackground of the harmonious society, adjusting social distribution,perfect the social allocation mechanism; to perfect the market dominatedby the initial distribution; perfect government dominated the twodistribution of national income, cut the "cake"; played third times the adjustment of distribution function, can promote the realization of thejustice of distribution.In this paper, based on the theory of Marx’s basic position, usingMarx’s dialectical analysis method, combing the theory of distributivejustice in history, reveals the connotation of distributive justice, to ourcountry the current distribution system as the main research object,discusses our country allocates pattern in the key problems and thereasons for the lack of the principle of distributive justice, and putforward under the background of harmonious society to promote thejustice of distribution strategy, so as to build a harmonious socialistdistribution system, toward comparatively well-off society to create aharmonious system environment.
