Facing the increasingly fierce market competition environment, Enterprise, as an organization, how to gain a competitive advantage? how to sustain competitive advantage? This is placed in front of each enterprise’s real and pressing problem. Human increasingly becomes the key factor in achieving its strategic goals. This article is in the formation of the electric power system reform under the background of main industry and auxiliary industry separation. Diversion from the power company, power construction enterprises existing problem exposed a series of the original incentive mechanisms to effectively encourage the enthusiasm of the staff. seriously affected the healthy development of enterprises. Therefore, how to establish effective incentive mechanisms, mobilizing the enthusiasm of their staff, became an important means of improving the core competitive power of enterprises.GY Electric Power Engineering Company has been regarded as research object. Pursuant to incentive theory and current research results both at home and abroad, from business environment and human resource status of the company, also its past incentive experience, writer use literature inspection method, site investigation method and questionnaire investigation method, to collec the company’s incentive mechanism problem. Then, comparison analysis method and qualitative analysis method has been used on company human resources incentive mechanism problem to find out countermeasure of the proposed solutions.The thesis is divided into five parts, the first part of the introduction leads to introduce the thesis content and research methods. The second part of the motivation theory overview, include the importance of incentives and research status. The third part is about the company’s human resource incentives status quo and industry characteristic. The fourth part concerns a questionnaire survey through five different dimensions, analyzes the problems and causes of the company’s human resource incentives in the application process, combined with the survey results, from the pay system, the five aspects of the performance appraisal management, training management system, career development and corporate culture, environment, rules and regulations improvement ideas and solutions. Part V is about the conclusion and prospects of the paper, summary of the discussed topics, and put forward the need to improve and research.
