| Manufacturing capacity evaluation is one of the issues that need to be addressed in manufacturing research focus, unsolved in dynamic alliance sphere, and also one of the core issues in order processing systems. In this paper, the polychromatic sets theory parts processing system network architecture model, using polychromatic sets theory algorithm to determine for the manufacture of multi-process programs, in order to determine the equipment needed in completing the processing of the parts, and finally to give the equipment of the enterprise manufacturing capacity a static evaluation; For components that can be produced by the enterprise itself, we use the job shop scheduling and dispatch monitoring system, and establish the enterprise workshop production equipment load diagram, to make a dynamic evaluation of the business equipment manufacturing capacity of resources. Through two levels of evaluation, the results can determine the actual manufacturing capacity of the device resources. This study is as follows:1.Describes the background and significance of this study which focuses on the manufacturing capacity of the manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad to assess elaborated.2.Make a detailed analysis about estimating the manufacturing capacity of enterprises.
