A Research On Intellectual Property Management System In High-tech Enterprises

With China’s accession to WTO, and economic globalization and knowledge economy are era are coming, intellectual property became increasingly an important high-tech enterprises tool in market competition, and since the historical reasons for China’s economic development, intellectual property management in many high-tech enterprises can not get enough attention, and this leads to a large number of high-tech enterprises which do not have the ability to use the intellectual property system. In competition with multinational companies, they are often at a disadvantage, transnational corporations have used their intellectual property alms to occupy the market space, and to suppress the development of Chinese enterprises, intellectual property rights has become an important magic weapon of multinationals to get the competitive advantage. Therefore, how to establish reasonable and effective intellectual property management system to enhance the ability of intellectual property management in high-tech enterprises, and improving competitive advantage is the business and academic circles generally concerned.In this paper, the core issue is closely linked to intellectual property management and technological innovation process in the high-tech enterprise, to establish intellectual property management evaluation index system, and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate. We hope to determine the level of enterprise intellectual property management through qualitative and quantitative methods, and help enterprises to strengthen intellectual property management to promote the competitive advantage. In view of this, this paper focused on the following studies:Firstly, we studied the theory of intellectual property, intellectual property management, and technology innovation at home and abroad. Secondly, this paper analyzed the role of intellectual property right management on the technological innovation and the intellectual property rights management issues in the process of technology innovation. Based on this, this paper proposed Intellectual property management model in the process of technology innovation. Thirdly, we established intellectual property management evaluation index system of high-tech enterprises, mainly include platform of intellectual property, creation of intellectual property, use of intellectual property, and protection of intellectual property. This article also verified this with all examples of research, analysis the intellectual property management system and operational results of Guangdong Zhengyuanhua Tea Biological Engineering Co., LTD and Guangqi Qianghua (Meizhou) auto parts Co., LTD, and make recommendations to the overall situation of intellectual property management and their weaknesses according to the constructed evaluation system. Case studies show that the proposed intellectual property management model of high-tech enterprises in the process of technology innovation and Evaluation System has feasibility and scientific and has strong guidance on intellectual property management of the enterprises to develop competitive advantage.
