Research On Impacts Of Intellectual Property Ability On Technology Innovation Performance Of High-tech Enterprises

As an important part of national economy, high-tech enterprises concern the trend of national economy development and the national comprehensive strength.With the arrival of knowledge economy era, intellectual property ability is playing an increasingly important role in a new round of technology and industry revolution.Intellectual property ability is not only the main content and important means of high-tech enterprises when participate in international competition in the market but also the most important competition tool of internationalization management of high-tech enterprises. With the shock of a new generation of the deep fusion of information technology and policy changes and other factors, the external environment of high-tech enterprises also changes drastically shifting from static and stable environment to the dynamic and complicated environment. If we do not react to the dynamic environment positively, it will prevent high-tech enterprises from improving intellectual property ability and then make bad influences on the technology innovation performance of high-tech enterprises and at last slow down the trend of sustainable development of economic. So to explore how to improve technology innovation performance of high-tech enterprises by strengthening the intellectual property ability in a dynamic environment is of particularly important.This article will explore the impacts which intellectual property ability makes on the technology innovation performance of high-tech enterprises based on the environmental dynamism. At first, explore the dimensions of the intellectual property ability based on the theoretical review of intellectual property and then divide intellectual property ability into intellectual property creation ability,intellectual property operation ability, intellectual property protection ability and intellectual property integration ability. Analyze the impacts which the various dimensions make on technology innovation performance and analyze the content of environmental dynamism which is divided into market environmental dynamism and technology environmental dynamism based on the review of relative theory foundations of environmental dynamism and explain the function of the two dimensions in the process of intellectual property ability impacting on technology innovation performance of high-tech enterprises from the theoretical angle. Secondly,design the questionnaires of intellectual property ability, environmental dynamism and technology innovation performance of high-tech enterprises and then collect data from questionnaire survey. Test the reliability and validity of the sample data and test the correlation between variables as well as the integrity of the relationships among variables and at last test the conceptual model. The results show that four dimensions of intellectual property ability of high-tech enterprise has significant impacts on promoting technology innovation performance and environmental dynamism has significant regulatory roles in the process of intellectual property ability impacting on the technology innovation performance of high-tech enterprises. At last, analyze the results and propose countermeasures by improving the intellectual property ability in a dynamic environment in order to promote the technology innovation performance of high-tech enterprises.
