This part of the group as a social process of the development of active power, group interest easily damaged causing social developmental instability, influence society harmonious development, therefore, the" sandwich class" housing system research is very necessary.According to current housing security system and the "sandwich class" living situation,"sandwich class" group refers to the existing disposable income level, not included in our country’s existing market housing system and housing social security system, that is, in security and market, the group without the ability to purchase. Some of them can not reach the low rent housing conditions, there is no money to buy the affordable housing, some are not eligible to buy affordable housing, can not afford to buy commercial housing. The "sandwich class" according to the housing structure, regional groups, group level, can take different segmentation methods, this paper focuses on the group level of subdivision method, The "sandwich class" into "on the sandwich layer" and" lower sandwich layer","on the sandwich layer" is mainly to the college graduates, including junior civil servants, the company introduced talents, this crowd is characterized by higher levels of education, but due to the geographical environment, family status and other factors, is difficult or impossible to change the living conditions;" lower sandwich layer" including migrant workers, still have labor capacity4050off-duty workers, low-income single worker middle-aged family and so on.
