Housing Security Of "Sandwich Class" In Guangzhou City And Suggestion

Housing is the first element of stable human life, one of the fundamental human needs, and the ultimate way of each individual living form, so it is one of the major economic and social problems which affect people's livelihood. After the introduction of a variety of housing security policy, there are still group who have housing problems but neglected by the policy-the "sandwich layer."This paper firstly sums up the existing social security system of family housing, and then analyzes oppressive burden and predicament of "Sandwich layer" based on the housing market quotations, mainly by the methods of qualitative analysis combining quantitative analysis.Finally to solve the housing problem, from the experience at home and abroad and the point of perfecting our housing guarantee system,this paper offers proposes such as balancing supply and demand, reducing the vacancy rate and increasing absorbing rate; Strengthening the construction of affordable housing; making full use of second-hand housing market and improving the house tenancy market; Rational planning of residential structure, adjusting structural contradictions of supply and demand; Avoiding residential space differentiation of different income groups to balance suburban infrastructure.
