Recent years,with the wide fluctuation of international oil price and the effectiveness of Kyoto Protocol,new energy sources have developed rapidly in worldwide and become the hot spot in the field of international energy. Various countries have taken the development of new energy sources as a significant strategy and anticipate being in the lead of future economics and technology. China is unwilling to lag behind in the competition either;on the contrary,it desires to grasp this opportunity to shrink the gap between developed countries in the aspect of economics and technology.Jiangxi is one of the provinces seriously short of energy sources and abundant in new energy and alteration energy. Striving to develop new energy industry is beneficial to the conversion of economic development mode,enhancing the capacity of sustainable development and realizing the striding development of economics in Jiangxi.In Present,the utilization of new energy still retains at low extent,in addition,relevant support system is still with several defects.Therefore, seeking out solutions to accelerate the development of new energy sources and to establish a scientific and impeccable supporting system for the development of new energy sources is a problem that is exigent to be solved.In this essay,the author concluded the theory of supporting industry development and theory of developing new energy industry and put forward the topic on establishing scientific and impeccable supporting system of new energy industry for promoting the rapid and sound development of new energy industry in Jiangxi. Afterwards,the author also framed the theory foundation through deeply analysis on basic rules of industry development,particularity of the industry development of new energy, supporting system of industry development and supporting system and function mechanism of industry development of new energy.Then,the author illustrated the current situation of the development of new energy industry of Jiangxi and supporting system and analyzed the characteristics of the supporting system of industry development in Jiangxi province.Thereafter,the author put forward an evaluation mechanism of industry development of new energy and takes Photovoltaic Industry for instance.The author found that the performance of Photovoltaic Industry in Jiangxi is in high level in China after comparing with other7provinces with advanced Photovoltaic Industry,however, there were several weaknesses.Finally,the author proposes a series of measures in the aspects of Legislation, technology,capital,talents and social service for improving the supporting system of new energy industry in Jiangxi.
