As a tertiary industry,the hotel industry is closely related to the people's daily life,and has increasingly contributed to China's economic growth.Looking at the development trend of China's hotel industry,on the one hand,the number of hotels of Many different types and themes has increased year by year;on the other hand,due to changes in domestic and foreign Macroeconomic conditions and policies,China's hotel industry has been greatly impacted and growing.Therefore,if China's hotel industry wants to be invincible in the increasingly fierce Market competition,how to ensure the effective implementation of corporate strategies by formulating clear long-term strategies,adhering to advanced management concepts and Methods,and constructing strategic performance evaluation systems to ensure the effective implementation of corporate strategies.Improving core competitiveness is one of the Major practical issues that China's hotel industry is facing urgently.In view of this,this article starts with thinking about the dialectical relationship between corporate performance evaluation and corporate strategy,combines the current status of performance evaluation of the hotel industry in China,and introduces a balanced scorecard to explore the overall thinking and path of the strategic performance evaluation system for the hotel industry.How to decompose into the evaluation index,the allocation of index weights,the selection of evaluation standards,and the strategic feedback of evaluation results to create a theoretical Model of the hotel's strategic performance evaluation system.On this basis,this article selects the M boutique hotel in which I work for an in-depth systematic case analysis,and verifies the theoretical Model of the strategic performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard created in this article,hoping to provide decision-making reference for the hotel industry to optimize the performance evaluation system.Specifically,the research content of this article is Mainly divided into four parts:First,clarify the relationship between company strategy and performance evaluation.This part is the logical starting point of the research in this article.Based on the clear relationship between the two,a systematic comparison is Made of the current Mainstream performance evaluation Methods,and a balanced scorecard is introduced as the basic Method for constructing a strategic performance evaluation systemSecond,evaluate and judge the status quo of performance evaluation of China's hotel industry.This part Mainly explores the problems and causes of the performance evaluation of the hotel industry in China,so as to clarify the room for improvement of the performance evaluation system of the hotel industry.Third,construct a theoretical Model for the strategic performance evaluation system of the hotel industry.This part Mainly discusses the overall idea and path of strategic performance evaluation system optimization from the aspects of strategy formulation,strategic performance evaluation Method selection,evaluation index design,weight allocation,evaluation standard selection,and evaluation result strategic feedback.Fourth,case analysis.This part Mainly uses the M hotel I serve as a research object,and aims at the problems in its performance evaluation.Based on the theoretical Model of the strategic performance evaluation system created in this article,specific optimization plans and recommendations for the original performance evaluation system of M hotel.
