In the process of dealing with the environment which has changed more and more quickly, since team has the traits of lower management cost and higher running efficiency, people have increasingly attached importance to the function of team. There are more perspectives on the western modern team management research, while to some extent a few on Chinese team management ideas in ancient times, but we are still in the initial stage, and there’s a lack of a mature system. There were many excellent teams in China in old times, such as Tang Xuanzang’s team in "Journey to the West", Wu team, Shu team and Wei team in "Romance of the Three Kingdoms", and Confucius’s team who wrote "The Analects". There is much management thought in these three famous works, so I focus on them, and mined the thought of team management.This paper has studied meticulously on the three works based on the conclusion of the concerned research home and abroad, and make us have a newer and deeper cognition of Chinese ancient team. This article according to the modern theory of team management module to comb the ancient Chinese management thought, which is divided into a team culture, team leadership and team conflict in several parts, respectively, to strengthen the ancient related ideas, hand excavation of ancient team management thinking of the essence, a summary which reflects the team management in practice grasp the key points. First of all, this paper analyzes the role of team culture, team culture and mainly on the level and content undertook concrete analysis. Analyze the material culture that reflects the "Journey to the West" what is that benevolent ranked first, the ability of people ranked second and intelligent people in third, the industrious in the last.; Reflect the institutional culture in the "Three Kingdoms" what is that strictly comply with the order, reasons to take other people’s things and to righteousness as the fundamental;"The Analects" reflect the academic including respectful, generous, honest, wisdom and grace, also referred to spiritual culture which is insatiable. Secondly, this article summarized the team leadership qualities which including targeted, firm conviction, to righteousness as the fundamental, lead by example, to deny self and observe the proprieties, loyalty and integrity. Obtained to grasp the importance of the second leadership of the team and credibility of the conclusions, also summed up the team leaders thought what is that cannot have no master, impress people with the truth, trust in others and varies from person to person. Again, this paper analyzes the causes of team conflict including the scarcity of resources, human characteristics, and differences in knowledge, experience, values and the role of the interests of differences. And discuss how to correctly understand and deal with team conflict, a clear handle different team of internal conflict and the team of external conflict. Obtained the thinking of team conflict management what is that to righteousness as the fundamental, convincing than a man with reason, a soft restraint strong, election timing, the standard of etiquette, harmony of the most important and the lead in organizing a convincing. Finally, the establishment of the culture of teamwork, how to improve the team leader and deal with team conflict management of the Road described to solve the three books in the team management thought in management practice. Obtained to the conclusion what is that play a leading role, with the balance of art including the balance of the team goals and personal goals, the balance of power, interpersonal balance and the balance of positive incentives and negative incentives. Also illustrates that attention to the strength of trust and firmly believe that the moral charm. And shows the conclusion including practice team leadership qualities, to grasp the team second leading, and identify favorable conflict and negative conflict, and then take advantage of favorable conflict and eliminate adverse conflict.This paper not only endows the traditional culture a new meaning, and finds the boot of modern team management theory, but also supplies power of the development of East Management, consequently realizing the parallelism and syncretism of the ancient and modern, domestic and foreign theories.
