| With the development of information technology, informatization has become animportant means to improve comprehensive strength and modernization level ofenterprises. With the rapid development of construction, the construction enterprisesurgently need to improve their level and efficiency of management by the constructionof informatization. However, the construction of enterprise informatization is asystems engineering with a large investment and long cycle, after the huge investment,the analysis of cost-effectiveness can determine the relevant costs and effectiveness ofinformatization systematically and comprehensively, and on this basis to appraise theinformatization project. Therefore, how to determine the costs, effectiveness, and thecomprehensive analysis of cost-effectiveness has important theoretical and practicalvalue.At present, the theoretical research of the enterprise informatization mostlyfocused on the implementation of enterprise informatization, the development andapplication of information technology, the design of information systems, the use ofinformation system on cost management, or simple recognition of the costs andeffectiveness evaluated factors on enterprise informatization. There are few researchesof the cost and effectiveness on enterprise informatization, the related analysis ofconstruction enterprise informatization is much less.This article summarized the characteristics, stages and direction of thedevelopment of the construction enterprise informatization, analyzed the closedrelationship between its development characteristics and cost-effectiveness analysis,the characteristics of cost and effectiveness in different stages of the development ofinformatization, and the function in the development of informatization in the future.According to the characteristics of construction enterprises, the process of theinformatization construction is divided into three different stages, the cost of each stage is identified and analyzed. The establishment of index system for the cost ofconstruction enterprise informatization makes the enterprise clear the details of costs,in order to achieve the aim of reasonable expenditure and effective control. In the partof the informatization effectiveness, this article mainly analyzed from two aspects ofdirect economic effectiveness and performance, ascertained the content and themethod of calculation, established index system of performance evaluation, and putforward the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the method of analytic hierarchyprocess for quantitative evaluation of informatization performance. Finally, on thebasis of the recognition of costs and the accounting of effectiveness, analyzed a largeconstruction enterprise informatization project, based on the related data of costs andeffectiveness, it is concluded the method of cost-effectiveness analysis of theconstruction enterprise informatization. |
