A Research On The Development Path Of Industry In Gansu Under The Constraints Of Low-carbon

The development of global economy makes countries face more limited in the resources, environment, climate and other aspects of the constraints. Therefore, a low-carbon economy has become an inevitable choice for the development of economy. Our country has become the largest CO2emissions country in the world, so the more emissions pressure will be. The major problem that how to carry out energy saving and emission reduction is must to be solved as soon as possible.Gansu province as the China economic backward and traditional resources industrial areas, under the low-carbon constraint, how to change from "high carbon high row" to "high-carbon low-row" or "low-carbon low-row", and how to ensure economy growth rate and the emission reduction goal at the same time, those are urgent problems should be resolved in Gansu.Based on this background, the paper chooses industry sector as the research object, which is a conclusive department in Gansu economy development. In the research process, by means of reviewing the industry development process and characteristics in Gansu, uses the industrialization stage theory, analyzes the development problem comprehensively; then add low-carbon indexes into Gansu province industrial evaluation index, makes use of Weaver-Thomas model, makes a comprehensive analysis and evaluation in industry development; finally, based on the results of the analysis and evaluation of low-carbon constraints, we analyze how to adjust structure and cultivate the industry to find out the development path of industry in Gansu.
