Housing industry since 1998 has come into a prospective area than ever, this industry has low barrier to enter and with lucrative profit rate, which make many enterprise to enter this market, competition became more server. With the process of reforming and development of market, the state owned housing state company have had a decreasing market share, until end of 90's , the stated owned company only occupied 20% of the market share, however, this 20% rate imply these state owned ones have profound power in the labor, capital and land etc sacrifices resources in the market. Meanwhile the company in this industry often touched much sensitive issue in area of public housing, and affected the associated industry, state owned housing company played important role in sustaining the healthy housing market and maintain the stability of the society, and in current macroeconomics condition it is necessary to discuss the corporation strategy of state owned housing company.This paper starts from the international economics situation to discuss domestic economics operation and the process of the development of the housing marking, mainly intend to discover the state owned companies'advantage and disadvantage. Prior to the typical model of property development, in extent to analyzing the zhonghai, wanke, longhu's business strategy, the conclusion is settled on the stationed housing company's strategy of expansion principle and expansion system, and offers many development strategy suitable for stationed housing company.
