Purchasing occurs everywhere, on the individual level as well as on the national level, which is closely related to all of us. At present there are enormous researches about purchasing, whereas few on purchasing behavior. Behavior and experimental economics have become one of the most active and popular subject. Purchasing behavior has more impacts on the enterprise, how to regulate purchasing behavior effectively is increasingly meaningful for the enterprise performance target. Given this, this study focuses on enterprise purchasing behavior, aiming to discuss its connotation, attribution, and the relationship with enterprise performance, so as to fully understand and analyze the behavior in the process of purchasing, therefore guiding the enterprises to regulate and use appropriate purchasing behavior.First of all, relative researches at home and abroad are reviewed, which are based on the analysis of the background, meaning and purpose of purchasing behavior. The definition and classification of purchasing behavior are emphasized and basic theory related to purchasing behavior is systematically introduced. Then, the effects of purchasing behavior on comprehensive performance of enterprise are discussed, including effects on product level, financial performance, enterprise figure, market performance and internal demonstration, with these variables a structural equation model is constructed. Lastly, a purchasing behavior attribution model is studied by the use of the principal component analysis method. Then an empirical research is done on this attribution model to enhance its practicing significance.In the end, we find three conclusions. Firstly, purchasing behavior impacts the comprehensive performance of enterprise significantly. Secondly, organization structure, management system, enterprise organization form and incentive mechanism influence the purchasing behavior significantly, and supplier financial status, consumer groups and buyers’cognitive characteristics and buyers’purchasing behavior personality features of psychology of the comprehensive effect is also very significant. The comprehensive effect of the company sales policy, the enterprise leading system, procurement budget and purchasing delivery risk is also very significant. Some other occasions such as personal relationship policy, purchasing price risk and management process have weak influence on purchasing behavior relatively. Finally, constructive suggestions on the induction and prevention of purchasing behavior are given.
