Analysis Of The Private Investment In Existing Problems And Suggestions

In recent years, private investment has become an important social investment power as the rapiddevelopment of reform and opening up.It gradually increases the contribution to the investment of thesociety as a whole,and it has become important to promote economic development, adjust the industrialstructure, prosperity,urban and rural markets, increasing employment opportunities force.But currently private investment still has a range of issues in China, such as:the absolute increase inthe number of China’s private investment, and investment decline in growth, slow investment growth, thevitality of China’s economic development will be constrained; the regional differences of China’s privateinvestment; in China the field of private investment is limited, irrational investment structure; privateinvestment and the uneven development of state-owned economic investment; a lot of private capital fromthe real economy. Further analysis of the problems of domestic private investment, the reasons are asfollow:(1) the traditional concept of the constraints caused by the inequality in the private investmentopportunities;(2) of private investment in the slow growth of the root cause is the monopoly. Degree ofopenness of China’s investment market is not high, and inhibit the development of private investment;(3)local government policy factors and legal constraints;(4) private investors financing channel is not smooth,it is difficult to meet the needs of the development of private investment;(5) the psychological expectationsof the private investors are too high；(6) the limitations of the private economy also limits the developmentof private investment. Finally, for these problems and the reasons for this article suggestions to promoteprivate investment in China, Health and Sport Development: Changing Ideas and enhance the confidence ofprivate investment, increased private investment; reform of monopoly industries, encourage the market toopen competition and strengthening government guidance, broaden the channels for private investment.Improve the financial system, strengthen the credit and financial support to expand private financingchannels. Improve internal management, improve the quality of the private economy; the services ofprivate investment; implement private investment policy, so as to promote the healthy development ofChina’s private investment.
