The Problems Of The Rural Asset Capitalization And Increasing Farmers' Income

The increasing of peasants’ income is the most important problem in the rural work. Inrecent years, the state has adopted a series of policies and measures in order to increasepeasants’ income and obtain good effect. But along with the recession of promoting effectof the policy, the peasants are facing some new problems in increasing income. Theincome gap between urban and rural areas is still expanding. In order to solve the problemsabove, we need to start from the basic point to raise the capacity of increasing peasants’income and establish the increasing income mechanism for a long time. Since the reformand opening-up policy,the huge capital accumulated in the rural area has stronglypromoted the economic development. How to use the development of the capital market topromote rural massive capital is very important for the development of modern agricultureand the increase of peasants’ income. This is another major reform in the rural society ofChina.What the rural assets capitalization is that based on the operation of capital assetsin rural areas, we can invigorate rural stock assets in order to achieve the maximum returnof investment. This paper firstly discusses China’s rural asset capitalization status andanalyze deeply the factors such as institutional environment, market environment andpolicy environment which impact the development. Can see from this, the constraints andopportunities coexist in our China’s rural asset capital development. Secondly, based on theincrease of farmers’ income present situation and restriction factor, we discuss the ruralasset capitalization mechanism which boost farmers’ income, and demonstrate theimportant significance of the rural asset capitalization on farmer income growth.Then, welist three kinds of typical pattern of the capital asset, and sum up their own developmentbackground, development thought and development effect.Finally, we summary China’srural asset capitalization development work measures and guarantee mechanism of thefuture using the method and good qualities of previous successful villages for reference.
