Production logistics is the key link of logistics activity of manufacturing firm. As for our country, the development of production logistics starts late, and the part of research and practice in logistics are also still relatively weak, there is not smooth, unreasonable phenomenon exist in enterprise. The way of scheduled control of production logistics is old and workshop layout is not reasonable, which lead to many problems of overstocked products, handling line long, overexpansion of logistics network’s scale. Therefore, we should take effective measures of production logistics to reasonably mix materials, optimize production manufacturing process, improve the enterprise production logistics present situation, enhancing operation efficiency.This paper takes S enterprise of zhengzhou branch company of injection molding workshop for research object, using methods of industrial engineering, such as process analysis and so on, detailed analyzing of the present situation of the workshop production logistics, meanwhile, found many questions in that. For example, production process complex, production control mode and workshop layout are not reasonable, in the products more inventory and logistics lines twists and turns.To solve the problems, first, we can apply JIT theory, though advanced management methods as the business restructuring, pull production,5S management, which for the purposes of optimizing production process and production control mode of workshop; furthermore aim at an issue of unreasonable workshop layout, using the system facilities planning layout method (SLP), synthesizing various factors which influent the workshop layout of the facilities thus optimize them, finally get the optimal arrangement scheme, at the same time, demonstrate the scientificalness of the new plan through comparing of the sum of system flow matrix of old and new plan.This paper based on the method of SLP of factory facilities layout involves the optimization of the multilayer workshop layout, it will has a certain significance of reference and guidance.
