Abstract/Summary:
Stakeholder influence is turning into stakeholder participation in business management, andstakeholder-oriented culture has been considered the key point of competitive advantages forenterprises.This thesis discusses the influence of business culture on external stakeholders-customers andcorporation partners and internal stakeholders-managers and staff. And it analyzes the reason, theprocess and the results during the influence. Based on the theory of customer loyalty, cooperativeperformance of supply chain, rent-seeking by agents and psychological contract of staff, this thesisresearches the far-reaching effect of business culture on external and internal stakeholders, thussummarizes the influence of stakeholder-oriented culture in promoting the core competitiveness ofenterprises.The enterprise culture can enhance the enterprise’s performance and enterprise’s corecompetitiveness, but the mechanism of the occurrence is not mature. This paper from theperspective of stakeholders researches of function mechanism of enterprise culture mechanism.The paper analysis the impact of enterprise culture on customers, thinks that quality and service ascarriers of corporate culture can form a corporate image, such improve customer satisfaction andloyalty, enhance the profitability. The influence of enterprise culture on partners such as suppliersand distributors is from the perspectives of formation and impact of credit culture as well as theintegration of corporate culture on the impact of supply chain performance.The analysis of internal managers is started from addressing the principal-agent problem;and the impact on employees is through the perspective of psychological contract and enhance theguilt factor role. Taking Haier as an example, from the perspective of stakeholders,the paperfurther concludes thoughts and ways of culture’s construction.
