Corporate culture is a complex, including the common idea and value of the staff, rewards and punishments system and relational schema. It is the spi ritual foundation of the enterprise organization. There are also some inner relations between corporate culture with enterprise strategy, organizational behavior, leadership style and control mode. As a result, the enterprise cannot develop steadily without the excellent corporate culture. On the contrary, if the corporate culture is backward, it will have a bad effect on the organization structure and future development of an enterprise. With the improvement of social economy, more and more enterprises realize the importance of corporate culture, and consider the construction of corporate culture as the important part of strategic planning for the future development. In the process of culture construction, the enterprises in China still have some problems i n the respects of theory and practice. And these problems are barriers to the further development of enterprises. So, this article focuses on the general rule in the construction of corporate culture and the methods of good enterprise development.At first, this article introduces the objects, basic properties, main features and the basic contents of the research on corporate culture,and explains the main problems which are focused by the latest researches. It combs the essence and the basic concept of corporate culture, then evaluates the latest researches. It also reveals the connotation, basic contents and some problems of the corporate culture, and provides theoretical basis for the further research on the general rule of corporate culture.Next, this article analyzes the inner relations between corporate culture and organizational strategy, organizational operation, leadership effectiveness, control mode and so on. It reveals the important mode of action and the process of the corporate in the development of the enterprises. This article argues that the corporate culture plays important role in enterprises' strategies, organizational design, organizational operation, leadership style, the effectiveness and persistence of the control.Finally, this article states that the corporate culture is the basic construction of the enterprises' development. We can see the importance of it from the sustainable improvement of the enterprise competitiveness. On the basis of the relation between corporate culture and enterprise management, this article provides the system thoughts and specific content of corporate culture construction. It also gives the detailed process and methods to establish the cultural system on the basis of case analysis.
