In people’s daily life, dangerous chemical gas have already been used widely. However, the major event that caused by gas disclosing is nothing new. that is to say, the safe gas cylinder is related to all people’s life and wealth’safe keeping. I carried out investigation about some gas cylinder stations and discovered that quality supervise department adopted eyes identify to supervise gas cylinder and then recorded the information which would be dealt with at last. The weaknesses of this way are so many, such as much lobar intensity, low efficiency, easily wrong, easily leak and depending on human’s idea. Those weaknesses can’t let the supervision of the gas cylinder effective.The important content of this essay are as follows:1, Chemicals gas cylinders were designed to workflow in the UHF RFID system based on barcode technology and high-frequency RFID technology in the management, this process takes advantage of the characteristics of the UHF long-range reading and writing to make up for lack of a manual reader instead of maintain the originals only.2. In order to reduce metal medium’s weaken the electromagnetic, let the electronic tag maximum reading rate, the experiment adopts the isolation method and the indirect method would tag and metal cylinders separated. According to the label reading rate changes, determination of gas bottle and label condition is the minimum distance and then choose appropriate packaging materials to complete design of dangerous chemical gas cylinder’s special electronic label.3. Complete dangerous chemical gas cylinder Circulation management department’s design which based on RFID technology, including system architecture design, function module design, the design of system process, database design and use JAVA to complete some functions of the system.The use of UHF RFID to achieve better hazardous gas effective supervision, to avoid the manual operation is easy to neglect of handheld terminal, labor intensity and other weaknesses, improve work efficiency.
