As a market operation pattern different with traditional sales, Direct Selling is recognized by many people in China, accompanying with some people’s exclution. Although there are some controversies in various places, Direct Selling absolutely has a steady-state growing development trend. This dissertation was carried out on the basis of promises that organizations provide to emploees and organizations support, associated with empirical study, attempted to find out the dimensions of perceived organizational support. The direct selling industry could build a healthy and stable development with the improvement of satisfaction by increasing the perceived organizational support of direct sellers, which could be an evidence for the direct selling industry.The innovations of the dissertation are the application of organization support theory in direct selling industry, the construction of measuring scale of perceived organizational support. In addition, on the basis of the measuring scale, the relationship model between perceived organizational support and degree of satisfaction of direct sellers was built. In the process of the sudy, the required data was acquired by using the method of experts’interview, field survey and questionnaire survey. This paper will only research the enterprises that has got the direct selling license of the direct selling in China, and make am way direct marketing team as the research object, through the questionnaire way to acquire the data. Ultimately, descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity testing, factor analysis, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis for the collected data were conducted by using statistical analysis code SPSS, from which the research model was acquired. Finally,according to the research results, from each important influence factors, the paper carry out several management measures and suggestions to the direct selling industry’s development in China.
