All the time since, China’s sustained economic development and the thriving domestic market has attracted international attention. Foreign companies have entered the China, and domestic enterprises are also going toward the world step by step. The competition between Chinese and foreign enterprises, among domestic enterprises are going on. Some of the fiercest competition between them is for talent. Talent is the core competitiveness of enterprises. How to attract and retain talent is the focus of all enterprises in human resource management. More and more people are aware of that man is the only organization’s sustainable development advantage. Employees should be motivated and work together towards the organization goal. While the concept of perceived organizational support and job satisfaction provide a new idea for research on job performance. It has become a research direction in recent years.Aging population has become increasingly serious in our country. Retirement is becoming the attention focus of people. In recent years, in the government’s guidance and propaganda, enterprise annuity has attracted the attention of enterprises and employees. Generalized enterprise annuity, at the macro level, is a system which jointly set up by the government, enterprises and employees. It mainly refers to the enterprise and its worker set up a system of compensatory endowment insurance according to their own economic strength and on the basis of basic pension insurance lawfully. It is part of a multi-level endowment insurance system. At the micro level, narrow sense of the enterprise annuity is that companies pay employees salary and benefits.This research mainly uses the narrow concepts of enterprise annuity to study the relationship among perceived organizational support, job satisfaction and job performance, in order to understand the enterprise annuity incentive value in human resource management, and advising management on the reasonableness of the enterprise annuity. By using theoretical research and 190 valid questionnaires of empirical research, this study obtained the following results:(1) It has a significant positive influence between job satisfaction and job performance. (2) It has a significant positive influence between job satisfaction and job performance. (3) Job satisfaction acts as an intermediary between perceived organizational support (POS) and job performance. (4) Enterprise annuity plays a regulatory role between POS and job satisfaction.On the basis of the above research results, it combined with the development of enterprise annuity in China in recent years and the current situation of China’s enterprise annuity incentive effects, and proposed to establish a human resource strategy-oriented incentives annuity advice. Hoping to be able to improve enterprise’s motivation and enthusiasm to establish enterprise annuity, helping to promote the development of enterprise annuity in China.
