Research On Business Process Improvement On F Distribution Center

Faced with increasingly fierce competition in the international auto market, Chinese auto manufacturers has to build their business a competitive advantage in the use of technology research and development, large-scale introduction of advanced manufacturing skill. They had been aware of the importance of cost control on the field of Supply Chain Management. Therefore, effective control and optimization of supply chain processes, improve work efficiency, cost savings, that is, into the domestic automobile manufacturing enterprises have to face an important research topic.This thesis focuses on the improving on the handling process of F Distribution Center, based on the experiences at home and abroad and the basic method of business process improving (BPI). First, we made a brief study on the current development trend of distribution centers and the automotive logistics; Second, described the theory and management methods on the distribution center and BPI; Third we made a comprehensive investigation and analysis to the present process of business process, find its defects;, point out the objectives and principles of BPI which based on the existing business processes and developing strategy. Improved the business process and organizational structure; finally, analysis the principles and measures to ensure that the BPI results can be the promotion and implementation. Give a brief assessment on the results after the implementation.The BPI practice shows that these improving activities have standardized the business process of the distribution center, enhanced the satisfaction of the customers, improved the efficiency of materials management, and have achieved the desired results. This full BPI will make significant contribution for enterprises to achieve better economic benefits. The research results of this thesis can provide some useful references for the similar enterprises in BPI of the distribution center.
