Rural tourism is a new trend to urban and rural consumption and gradually develop new rural industry, as a modern tourism important component, it has a high degree of correlation, drive a gender strong, such as stimulating domestic demand apparent characteristics. Rural tourism development to solve "3farming" the problem has important role, especially in the current construction of new socialist countryside and the construction of harmonious countryside play a decisive role in the role of. As a result of rural tourism activities of originality, active region specific, activity content specificity, activity time of uncertainty, so how to make this event can be harmonious, healthy and sustainable development, promote the development of rural economy, but also need to do many aspects of the foundation work, at the same time to the relevant government departments of internal collaboration is also put forward higher requirements.Changsha City Rural Tourism in recent years of rapid development, has been known as "the farm of the fire in city", but the fast growth has also brought a series of negative effects, such as the lack of infrastructure, health and safety issues can not be guaranteed, a lack of awareness of environmental protection, if do not solve these problems, will restrict the Changsha rural tourism sustainable development.Based on the consumer behavior and consumer psychology research as the breakthrough point, using stratified sampling and random sampling method, customer groups divided into existing customers and potential customers to select a few typical Changsha area rural tourism scenic area and population flow is large compared to the place as a research object, investigates and analyzes the tourist population characteristics, tourist consumption behavior characteristic and tourists psychological characteristics, to analyze the current Changsha area rural tourism by the existing problems, and put forward specific solutions.
