With the development of the society and economy, the living standard of people’s rises ceaselessly, the consumption concept of family is changing constantly. Traveling is the effective method to enhance feelings among the family members, to improve the physical and mental health. Family tourism booms. At the same time, because of the rapid social change in our country, the intergenerational relationship begins to highlight, which used to be in a hidden state. The family generational relation appears new changes and new features:paying more attention to the offspring generation; inseparable nest families; the expanding differences between generational groups; the democratic relationship between generational groups and so on. These changes and features will affect the family travel. Based on the local style of Chinese society, with consumer behavior, resource theory, social rights theory and empirical investigation, make analysis of the influential factors in making traveling decision to reveal the interaction between groups in the process of making traveling decision and make a good presentation of the final destination decision choice probability, made by each generational members of the family.Firstly, on the basis of the literature review about the intergenerational relationship and family tour decision-making influence factors, this study analyzes the factors and puts forward the related hypothesis; secondly, the study gets the needed data by questionnaire investigation; thirdly, the study makes analysis about the current intergenerational relationship and the influent factors in making tour decision by analytical method of descriptive statistics, the results show that in the surveyed family between two generations there are more emotional support, less daily care support; emotional integration is in the top of all influence factors; fourthly, the study uses the analytical method of factor analysis to extract4male factors from15influent factors: Intergenerational integration, social class differences, lifestyle differences and intergenerational resource difference; meantime, this study makes a correlation analysis between the present intergenerational situation and the influent factors to verify the hypothesis, the results show that all the hypotheses are right. Finally, this study puts forward some suggestions about the development of family tourism product and marketing.
