Research On The Cultivation Of High Technology Industry Innovation Chain In Anhui Province

With the successive setting up of Hefei-Wuhu-Bengbu independent innovation experimental zone and industrial transfer demonstration area in the urban cities along the Yangtze River in Anhui province, this injected new vitality into Anhui’s economic development while bringing new opportunities in Anhui’s high technology industry. Anhui had achieved great success industry scale and enterprises’number. In Anhui province, however, high technology industry innovation chain faced four problems: R&D inability, industry profit is little, production efficiency is relatively low and irrational industrial structure. Facing the fact that research on innovation chain had not been much still, including which on industry innovation chain in Anhui province resulted more rare. Therefore, this article set its research object on high technology industry innovation chain in Anhui province.This paper included five parts:the first chapter was the introduction, covering the background and significance, the relative literature at home and abroad, and the research content and research framework, research methods and innovation points and shortcomings, etc. The second chapter studied the basic theory on innovation chain and elements of the analysis, which was the theoretical basis of this paper. Chapter3introduces the high technology industry innovation chain does not performance in Anhui province. The fourth chapter analyzed the deep seated reasons of problems in Anhui’s high technology industry innovation, namely reasons of the fact that the innovation chain in Anhui is not perfect until now. Chapter5proposed specific suggestions and measures on how to cultivate high technology industry innovation chain in Anhui province.In order to better study problems in high technology industry innovation chain in Anhui province and how to cultivate a complete innovation chain, the paper discussed all kinds of domestic and foreign research results on innovation chain, combining which with the high technology industry in Anhui province. This paper filled the blank of research on high technology industry innovation in Anhui province. This effort had important theoretical significance on enriching innovation chain theory. In order to scientifically analyze deep reasons of imperfect high technology industry innovation chain in Anhui province, this paper adopted quantitative, qualitative, longitudinal comparison and lateral comparison analysis method. And then propose specific suggestions on solutions to problems, I hope to provide advice and suggestions for nurturing innovation chain of high technology industry in Anhui province, and to promote the development of high technology industry. We have reasons to believe successful experience in cultivating high technology industry innovation chain in Anhui province would bring important reference meanings and certain demonstration effect for underdeveloped provinces to make complete innovation chain, so this paper had significant practical meanings.
