The Research On The Relationship Between The Innovation Networks And Technology Innovation Performance In Cooperation Of Industry-university-research Institute Based On Light Industries In Shandong Province

In recent years, Shandong light industries have made their products in cooperation of Industry-University-Research Institute by enterprises across organizational boundaries, to integrate complementary resources to achieve cooperative technology innovation. This development matches the study of the development and cooperation innovation network structure evolution point of view. The cooperation of Industry-University-Research Institute refers to the mutual understanding between organization and coordination of institutionalization of more or less similar system connection. Cooperation innovation network mainly focuses on the innovative integration of organization behavior and guide this behavior with the development of relations between the internal network structures.This study analyzes the existence of the cooperative networks, running mechanism, function of industry-university-research institute based on light industries in Shandong, as well as the correlation research among network structure and network relationship and innovation performance.This study analysis is based on the theory of network organization, structural hole theory, strength and weak network relationship, knowledge integration. It reviews the study status of cooperation of industry-university-research institute at home and abroad. This thesis is according to the train of thought of research among network structure, network relationship, and knowledge integration and innovation performance. It discusses their correlation and the knowledge integration, which plays the role in the network structure, network relationship promoting effect on innovation performance, and puts forward research hypothesis and conceptual model. Based on the example of three companies of light industry in Shandong, who participate in the innovation network to prescript and analysis of the operation between the enterprise and cooperation innovation network, in the form of interviews and questionnaires to receipt for collection, using the SPSS21.0 Statistical software to analysis data and structural equation software AMOS 17.0 to conform factor analysis, fitting degree of the model and modify the model, this thesis draws the following conclusions:(1) The cooperation of industry-university-research institute innovation network structure characteristic can promote the maintenance of network relationship;(2) The cooperation of industry-university-research institute innovation network relationship have a significant influence on innovation performance;(3) Knowledge integration plays a complete intermediary role in the relationship between the innovation network structure characteristic and the innovation performance; and plays a part intermediary role in the relationship between the innovation network relationship and the innovation performance;(4) Knowledge integration improves the innovation performance.
