In order to decrease the asymmetry of the C2C e-business market、reflect the integrity level and improve the traders’ confidence, most e-business sites have established online reputation mechanism. However the effectiveness of online evaluation system is doubtful, credit evaluation system based on total trading volume makes the credit score only increase never decrease, simply couldn’t reflect the integrity. After the analysis of the essence of credit, we find that the credit is dynamic and bidirectional changes not unidirectional changes, this is the best essential characteristics of credit. What’s the whole market seller’s credit distribution? Does it can reflect the sellers’ credit level, lead them to integrity trade? Does e-commerce credit exist dynamic characteristics? How about it? Is it useful in improvement of evaluation system? How to integrate and improve the present evaluation system?In this paper, we have a combination of empirical and normative methods. First, we analysis the whole market seller’s credit distribution under the present evaluation system by the collection and analysis of E-commerce sites data related to credit, then give a conclusion of the present evolution by theoretical analysis, then we give a verification and forecast by modeling analysis. Then we give a discussion of the essence of credit——dynamic characteristics, we analysis the performance of dynamic characteristics by learning about financial credit risk measure tools——migration matrices. Find that e-commerce market presence and financial credit markets are similar to the dynamic and also show their unique specificity. At last, based on the dynamic nature of Integrity and their predecessors on the credit rating system, we give a proposal to improve the credit rating system and integration, hoping to make a complete solution to the problem of C2C e-commerce credit evaluation system.
