With the growing importance of intellectual property and increasingly fierce international competition, U.S. intellectual property policy there have been many new changes during the past years. The United States give intellectual property new enforcement tools and encourage innovation with the national strategies, policies and laws actively. Recently, the United States continue to use "337 survey ", "Special 301", "332 Report" and other intellectual property rights enforcement strategies to increase pressure on China’s efforts, these cases deserve our attentions. At the same time, the United States is China’s major trading partners, and is the key country for our high-tech enterprises when those companies want to develop the layout of overseas intellectual property rights, the environmental and policy changes of intellectual property rights in the United States will have a significant impact for China’s enterprises "going out" to participate in high-level international competition.The United States has imposed huge pressure on China in intellectual property, especially in recent years, Sino-US high-level visits occurs frequently, intellectual property has always been the focus of mutual interest. Understand and grasp the development of U.S. intellectual property policy will help us to master the core concerns of the U.S. intellectual property rights to China in the negotiations, and also will help us to grasp the initiative, look to put forward counter-measures to safeguard the interests of our intellectual property.Based on the above understanding, the author has analysed the U.S. international and domestic intellectual property enforcement strategies, especially in the field of intellectual property protection in the United States after 2008。the latest policy changes are described and discussed, such as the U.S. domestic policy 2009 "American Recovery and reinvestment Act," 2011 "business visa bill," 2011 "American invention Act", international aspects, such as "anti-Counterfeiting trade Agreement" (ACTA), "Trans-Pacific partnership Agreement" (TPP) and so on. And conclude the protection of the United States in the future new areas and new trends to predict that the new energy and bio-technology in these two areas is the focus of U.S. economic growth in the future, this will also be the biggest point of competition in the trade between Americ and China. The author also predicted that the United States will implement his strong protectiong strategy by the "Trans-Pacific partnership Agreement" modeled and built American standards over the worldwide. This is one of the greatest innovation of this article.The ultimate goal to research the U.S. intellectual property policy is to analyse the impact of intellectual property protection for our country, with this purpose, the author focuses on the "administrative platform for joint law enforcement" and 2010 "Intellectual Property Rights enforcement joint Strategic Plan," which have an enormous impact on China. In addition,the author sum up and alalyse the impact of "337 survey", "332 report", "Special 301" to China, in order to help the government to formulate the intellectual property policy of our country and response to the pressure from the United State.
