App Store meets the user’s need of various and personal applications.Application developer can interact with users efficiently via such a platform.With their help,App Store can become the most attractive application store.And based on the largest and most creative application store,more and more user and application developer will choose App Store.Thus,App Store got the success.On the other hand,China mobile is searching for the new profit to keep its good development.So Mobile Market was established.But,Mobile Market encountersed a lot of difficulties.This paper want to analyse the business model of mobile market and give advices of mobile through a authoritative model.Based on the literature review,the paper decide to choose the business model which was created by Osterwalder to analye the Mobile Market, according to the model,a evaluation system was established.Then, index weights were given via analytic hierarchy process.For qualitative indexes,the scores were given through questionnaire.For quantitative indexes,the scores were given through Fuzzy Membership Function.Based on the scores,the paper give the advices to Mobile Market.The results show that if Mobile Market improve the infrastructure management firstly,the operation of the Mobile Market will be got a larger effect.The emphasia should be improving the popularity of Mobile Market.For the aspects of product dimensionality,the product positioning should be fixed to meet the need of user and application developers.For the aspects of customer segmentation,Mobile Market should divides the customers clearly.In this way,the user and application developer can get more support.For the aspects of financial positon,Mobile Market should get a bigger market share.Mobile Market can get a lot of revenue based on the larger market share. The main contributions of this study:choose a authoritative business model to analyse the Mobile Market,established a measurable Evaluation Systemt and give more targeted devices.
