The Rearch Of China Telecom’s High-Speed Trans Loop Program Management In Project Approvol And Acceptance

With the increasing of communication market competition,people on the communication network the demand is higher and higher,as in the importance of highway traffic,the high rate of bandwidth and more sable security network into people to communication network of higher demand,the urgent need to telecom enterprise in the improvements and ascend.The existing transmission technology can’t meet this demand,high-speed loop technique not only in the original based on transmission network transmission rate and improve the communication capacity,but also increased the node and equipment protection function,covering the additional data node,to avoid the cable interrupt and the equipment failure because of the whole system of resistance caused by issues,and with the original network for common load sharing and improve the utilization ratio and the network security,and to enhance the user perception degrees.In this paper the ring projects for the object,using the theory of project management knowledge and methods,for the project and acceptance of the project management research and analysis.This paper,the main research contents:1)according to different stages of a project working content and process are analyzed and studied,the better to take effective control and project management;2)to the project in terms of project risk,the use of the knowledge of the risk management of the risks to identify and deal with them,reduce risk of high-speed loop project negative influences.3)through to the acceptance of the three stages of research and analysis,this paper summarizes the ring in acceptance of the project for experience;4)to analyze the acceptance stage problems and deficiencies,with project management knowledge,sum up lessons for the similar projects for reference.
