Study On The Influence Mechanism Of Entrepreneurship On The Growth Performance Of New Agricultural Enterprises

In the face of the huge "blue ocean" formed by agricultural development,the preferential power of government policies is gradually released,and groups of newly established agricultural enterprises are emerging in an unprecedented trend,which,to some extent,has injected strong impetus into the revitalization of China's economy and supply-side structural reform under the new normal of the economy.However,the survival rate of newly established agricultural enterprises is generally low due to the inherent "disadvantage of entering" and the weakness of agriculture.However,the weak quality of agriculture and the inherent "disadvantage of entering" of newly established agricultural enterprises are only common factors that lead to the low survival rate of all newly established agricultural enterprises.They are the problems that every newly established agricultural enterprise must face in order to survive and develop,and have little impact on the survival and development of each enterprise.For the difference of growth performance of individual enterprises,the key factor influencing the difference of growth performance of new agricultural enterprises is the different characteristics of each entrepreneur.In this paper,based on combing and summarizing the existing literature at home and abroad,this article focuses on exploring new agricultural enterprises entrepreneurship influence on the growth performance of enterprise,then put the entrepreneurial orientation as a intervening variable,environment uncertainty as a moderator variable,discuss entrepreneurship through the entrepreneurial orientation influences the performance of new agricultural enterprises growth effect mechanism,build the entrepreneurial spirit,entrepreneurial orientation,environmental uncertainty,and the theoretical model of new agricultural enterprises growth performance,using AMOS 22.0 software to build the path model between the relevant variables,and get the path coefficient,It basically verifies the correlation between entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial orientation and growth performance of newly established agricultural enterprises,and uses SPSS 20.0 software to verify the intermediary effect of entrepreneurial orientation and the regulatory effect of environmental uncertainty.On this basis,the author took 186 newly established agricultural enterprises nationwide as the survey objects,collected data through questionnaire survey,and analyzed the relationship between entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial orientation,environmental uncertainty and growth performance of newly established agricultural enterprises through empirical research.Through empirical analysis,this paper mainly draws the following conclusions :(1)the entrepreneurial spirit of new agricultural enterprises has a positive correlation with the growth performance of enterprises.(2)entrepreneurial orientation has a positive correlation with the growth performance of new agricultural enterprises,and entrepreneurial orientation plays an intermediary role in the relationship between entrepreneurs and growth performance of new agricultural enterprises.(3)environmental uncertainty has a negative correlation with the growth performance of new agricultural enterprises.The stronger the environmental uncertainty,the weaker the influence of entrepreneurship on the growth performance of new agricultural enterprises.In this paper,the research investigates the entrepreneurial spirit of the new agricultural enterprises on the logical relations and the influence mechanism of enterprise growth performance,further open the entrepreneurial spirit to new agricultural enterprises growth performance influence mechanism of the black boxes,enrich the existing theoretical basis,for the survival and development of new agricultural enterprises in our country plays a certain reference and guidance.
