Research On The Impact Of Entrepreneurial Spirit On Enterprise Innovation Performance

In the context of China's new normal,the contradiction between supply and demand is more prominent.At present,China's reform of the supply front is imperative.It is particularly important to appeal the positive entrepreneurial spirit to the state-owned enterprises.As senior managers of enterprises are the subject of subjective initiative that play the entrepreneurial spirit,their decisions often affect the enterprise's future development direction at a large extent.It is the key to improve innovation performance.But how to transform the entrepreneurship into the innovation performance of the enterprise? In the process,it needs the intermediary function of dynamic capabilities that construct the technical dynamic ability and the market dynamic ability both inside and outside the enterprise.Established core competencies about technology and market development that the rival can't rapidly imitate.Through this ability,enterprises can change with the internal and external environment and constantly adjust their own competitive strategy to meet the new needs of the market.As a result,enterprises get a long-term development.Therefor this article explores how dynamic capabilities play an active role between entrepreneurship and enterprise innovation performance,it is hoped that the final research conclusion can bring some inspiration and reference for the managers of different enterprises,especially the managers of state-owned enterprises.The main ideas of this article are the following steps:(1)Around the question of discussion,taking the corresponding literature as subject to sort out,refine and sum up;(2)Building a theoretical model suitable for the study and accordingly put forward all the assumptions by an in-depth theoretical analysis of the question of inquiry;(3)Through distributing,recovering the questionnaire and collecting statistical data,empirical tests of the hypothesis can be carried out by using statistical software SPSS22.0.All through out ultimately.According to the empirical results,the conclusion is drawn,the limitations of the research process and the prospect of the future research are put forward.There are two main points of innovation in this article:(1)Taking the dynamic abilities as a mediator variable,and dividing it into two dimensions that include technical dynamic ability and market dynamic ability,from this point to explore their intermediary function between entrepreneurship and enterprise innovation performance;(2)From the perspective of market and technology,it clarifies the construction path of dynamic abilities and tests that positive entrepreneurship can also promote state-owned enterprises' innovation performance.So it provides theoretical support for the reform of state-owned enterprisesThe main conclusions of this article are the following four points:(1)The entrepreneurship and its three dimensions(innovation,risk activities and strategic update)have a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation performance,but the degree of influence is different;(2)The dynamic capabilities and its two dimensions(technical dynamic capability,market dynamic capability)have a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation performance,but the degree of influence is different;(3)The dynamic abilities and its two dimensions(technical dynamic ability,market dynamic ability)significantly affect the innovation performance of enterprises,but the degree of influence of each dimension is different;(4)The entrepreneurship have a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation performance through dynamic abilities.
