In order to improve the information service of tourism destination, it is necessary to make a research to further meet the demand of tourism market information at the present stage.This paper is divided into five parts:the first part mainly expounds the research background and significance, research methods and framework. The second part is literature review. Firstly, I began to comb the combination of information service in the view of the user experience related research literature; then to travel decision theory in the information service and user behavior theory review; finally make generalizations about the present situation of tourism information service research at home and abroad respectively. The third part mainly uses the method of grounded theory of tourism destination smart phone APP launches the research factors of tourism information service. The author carried out a semi-structured interview with the backpacker who he met in self-help backpacking trip and had some good APP using experienced, to access to research data. Then analyses of data by MaxQda software with the coding process of grounded theory, namely, open coding, spindle type code, open coding. It is concluded that the tourism destination APP information services include project elements, situational elements, interactive elements, results elements the four core ones. And combined with related research the author put forward the tourism destination APP experience factors of information service model. The fourth part puts forward tourism destination APP information service experience design framework based on the conclusion of the last part, provides a reference for the design of the tourist destination APP. The fifth part is in order to summarize the thesis put forward some research prospects. |
