Studies On China’s Unemployment Insurance System Impact Based On Game Theory

Unemployment is a widespread economic phenomenon in the marketeconomy .Since the 1980s, faced with increasingly serious problem of urbanunemployment China established unemployment insurance system timely. However,the complexity of the situation, the seriousness of the unemployment problem and theexistence of defects of the existing unemployment insurance system itself, made itinevitable revealed a number of problems which urgently to be resolved.Unemployment insurance system is a stabilizer and anti-unemployment safety net, itscore content is the establishment of social security funds of unemployment, spread therisk of unemployment, guarantees the basic livelihood of unemployed people, andhelps the temporary workers to be employed. But, if the security level ofunemployment is too low, that will not be able to play its due role in safeguarding life,on the contrary, high levels of unemployment insurance may result in people beinginert, which is not conducive to lowering the unemployment rate, but also resulting inthe phenomenon of support lazy. So, what kinds of factors will affect a reasonableunemployment insurance system? How can the unemployment insurance system topromote re-employment of unemployed? In this paper, the author will establish gamemodel according to the research methods of Game Theory, and through mixedstrategy analysis, response function analysis, and the equilibrium solution analysisand so on to explore the intrinsic relationship between the various factors and findeffective ways to solve the problems. This paper mainly follows:firstly is the introduction, the first is to introduce the research background,purpose and significance, followed by literature review papers, including thedevelopment of the theory both at home and abroad, and then is to introduce theapplication of game theory in our case; The second chapter introduces the concept of game theory and analysis andmixed strategies in which related the application of game theory, mixed strategyanalysis is the main methods analysis of this game, and then according to china’sunemployment status and the data presented by the actual existence Raised two majorissues, employment and support lazy hidden problems;Thirdly,ⅢandⅣare the core sections; the third chapter is about the use ofgame theory research methods to analyzing the issue of lazy game. Mainly throughthe establishment of government and the unemployed payoff matrix game, make thegame analysis, to determine whether there is a pure strategy Nash equilibrium, thenmake the mixed strategy analysis to get the equilibrium solution of the payoff matrix,in order to make the analysis more thorough and more visually verify.
