A.O.S Company Global Sourcing Supplier Quality Evaluation System Improvement

Water heater industry has rapid development, with follow-up of mass production, the demand for raw materials also sharp growth. The products constantly updated and development, also accelerate the increase of suppliers and the upgrading of spare parts. Enterprise cost control also speed up the process of the global sourcing, quality control and outstanding new supplier selection has become particularly important.This thesis first analyzes the water heater industry status and development trend, introduce the overview of supplier quality and quality management under supply chain environment, and describe quality audit and supply chain performance evaluation, finally summarize the supplier quality and performance evaluation theory. From the current supplier quality evaluation system of A.O.S global sourcing (QSA based on quality system audit), this thesis introduce the quality evaluation process and detailed evaluation system, summarize the current supplier quality evaluation system problems. In the current supplier quality evaluation system optimization, establish (QPA) quality evaluation system, and optimize (QFA) quality product evaluation system for the samples and mass production products quality evaluation. According to the existing quality audit methods, the thesis put forward the countermeasures. Set up supplier performance comprehensive evaluation methods, from four categories including products quality, supplier quality management, and suppliers’annual audit results and suppliers coordination make the comprehensive evaluation, and fully reflect the suppliers’ real quality and management, for suppliers’management and future cooperation has important reference value.
