The Research Of Supplier Quality Management Inprovement And Evaluation Mode Of JD Company

Deepening of economic globalization today, supplier management as a newadaptation global manufacturing, customer management of diversity patterns in theenterprise has been widely used. Through the establishment of the supply chain, productquality is not just the question itself, suppliers of products for the whole enterpriseincreasing influence product quality, supplier quality issues affecting the quality of theenterprise has been ignored. Therefore, how to better manage the suppliers, companiesand suppliers to improve product quality has become the face of new topics.Firstly, this paper describes the research background, purpose and meaning,supplier quality management research status, and proposed thesis research methods andcontent framework. Secondly, the introduction of quality management, supplier qualitymanagement theory, lists the supplier quality management and integrated evaluation.Thirdly, the company introduced the JD supplier overall profile, as well as the currentsupplier quality problems in the management and conduct of the cause analysis, andaccording to the previous chapter questions, combined with other diesel hostingcompany’s supplier quality management methods, proposed correspondingimprovement measures. Finally, this paper presents JD company evaluation model, fromsupplier selection evaluation, process control evaluation and performance evaluationthree aspects described, were established evaluation model and instance validation.In this thesis, supplier selection evaluation process quality control evaluation andsupplier performance evaluation methods, the JD supplier quality management hasplayed an important application value.
