The foundation of a theoretical, firstimportant thing is to solve the controversy about social wealthand commodity value source. Understanding correctly thewealth and value source, it not only related to the economic development of a country’fundamental policy, but also to thepeople’interests of all social classes. This is one of the mainreasons that labor theory of value has caused concern widely inthe community. With the development of modern science andtechnology, new characteristic of the labor appeared on thecontemporary society. These new situation put forward newchallenges to Marx’labor theory of value, and attractedcontroversy in the society. Labor expenses by physical labormainly gradually becomes predominantly mental work;Knowledge of science and technology play a role which can’tbe replaced in the economic development; In the socialoperation and the economic growth, management labor isincreasingly important, service type labor increased range,proportion and so on.As the basic theories of economics, we should keep it underthe new historical conditions, adhere, inheritance anddevelopment of Max’s theory of labor value.
