There are abundant human resources in Guizhou. With the development ofthe West Regions, Guizhou has made huge progress in economy, while smalland medium enterprises have sprung up like bamboo shoots after a springrain. The data shows the amount of small and medium enterprises hasaccounted for above 90 percent of all the enterprises in Guizhou;therefore, small and medium enterprises play a positive role for promotingthe economy of Guizhou. However, almost employees are from rural surpluslabor. The low quality of the employees and the lack of innovation abilityhave been the major obstacle to the development of SMEs. Compared withstate-owned enterprises and large-scale Enterprises, in terms of scaleand the ability of development, human resource management of SMEs inGuizhou is far behind them. But the managers are more inclined toadminister the crisis of finance and marketing , while the human resourcesare ignored. The SMEs have their eyes just on the drive for the quick buckbut long-term development, which has resulted in lagging behind indevelopment or even being eliminated. In view of existing human resourcemanagement situation and a series of problems, the paper talks about thereasons of human resource management crisis and puts forward somecorrection measurements to guard the occurrence of crisis and reduce thecosts and loss. This paper, by means of questionnaire survey in GuizhouSMEs, analyzes the causes of human resources crisis through four aspect,which are organizing feature variable, human resources crisis signvariable, human resource management practice variable and organizingenvironment variable. The reasons of human resources crisis in GuizhouSMEs are discussed in detail from three aspects: the internal factors,external factors and employee the oneself factors. In the article, theproblems lying in human resources crisis are found out on the basis ofanalysis of causes.ļ¼Œand the precautionary measures have been put forwardfrom four aspects on the basis of situations in GuiZhou, in order to helpthe enterprise better recognize and guard against crisis. At the end ofthis article , making up a system of human resource prevention accordingto the research at the beginning of this essay.The research on the human resource crisis prevention in GuiZhou has profound realistic significance for the minor enterprises in GuiZhouprovince. The action that analyzing the reason of Human resource crisisand making up an system of human resource prevention on the result of theanalysis can make profound positive effects. It is not only can providehelpful guidance and reference for the director when they managing thehuman resource, but be beneficial to better attract and hold outstandinghuman resource for the minor enterprises in GuiZhou, promote theenterprisesā€™competitiveness on the whole, and boost the economy ofGuiZhou province to be more prosperous.
