Guizhou Province County Territory Economy Development Study

Strengthening the county economy is one of the aims of regional economicdevelopment in China. The undeveloped economy of Guizhou province is reflected inits undeveloped county economy. In the purpose of anti-poverty, altering the situationof the less speed of development in Guizhou province for a long time and achievingthe fast and good development, I think strengthening the county economy is practicalway. In this paper, the definition of county economy has meanings of two aspects. Onthe one hand, it is direction, which is the connection of urban economy and ruraleconomy with unique economy place. On the other hand, it is cross direction， whichmeans the province economy is made up by the county economy，and is the symbolof developing and developed. The county economy have four features：sigmacompleteness，systematicness，transitivity and basic. This paper follows the logicalprinciple that is strengthening the county means strengthening the province. First, weanalysis the situation.second, we find the problem，and last we solve the problem.I try my best to give the practical police suggestion.In methodology, there are two methods of analysis in this paper，that aretraditional normal analysis and econometrics method. On the traditional analysis ofthe county economy，the success application model of the county economy indeveloping region is used for reference and the key factor of the county economy isseek out. This method embodies the sigma completeness and basic features. The newmethod from overseas lays particular emphasis on numbers which is used to measurethe divergence and spatial concentration. This method is more related with theories ofregional economic development and spatial economic. This method embodies thesystematicness，transitivity features. In this paper, Both of them are used. Traditionalmethod is combined with the county policy and the natural endowment. And also，An explicit econometric perspective is taken. The β-convergence model and thespatial autocorrelation model across Guizhou counties account for spatialdivergence and spatial concentration respectively.These analysis show the main problems of development of Guizhou counties.These are the low level of county economic in gross， un reasonable industrialstructure， spatial variation of county economy and the less radiation of centers. Therest of this paper explains the origin of those problem.And last，there are some policysuggestions which solve those problems.
