| Land is one of the most valuable natural resources and important materials. Rural land and rural labor is a fountain of economic growth in Chinese rural area. Farmland transfer means peasant household transfer the ownership of using land to other peasant household or economical organization, reserving the contracting power and transferring the using power. Farmland transfer could increase invest to rural area, promote urbanization and change the ways of economic growth.This paper looks up a lot of documents and data of land circulation and farmer income, investigates life condition and farmer income practically. Quantitatively analyses the influence of land to farmer income in order to achieve two aims:(1) Concluding a few factors which affect transfer income(2) Calculating and evaluating the effect of land circulation to farmer income in Shanxi province.The first chapter is the introduction of this paper. It analyses the present situation of farmland transfer in China and restrict elements of the raise of farmer income.The second chapter is the basic theory of farmland transfer and farmer income. A series of theory give us some inspiration. The paper explicitly explains the definition of farmer income and statistics method. Moreover it lists four factors of farmer income.The third chapter introduces farmer income of Shanxi province and the situation of farmland transfer at present. From 1950's to 2009, farmer income experiences four stages. Different parts pay different affection to farmer income. The ratio of producing income and not producing income of farmers emerges a parabolic curve characteristic in axis.The fourth chapter is the nucleus of this paper that verifies the influence of the farmland transfer on farmer's income in Shanxi province. This chapter investigates rural farmland transfer in type area and uses regress model to analyze the influence of the farmland transfer on farmer's income in microscopic and macroscopic aspect.The fifth chapter provides countermeasure and advice about perfecting farmland transfer and improving farmer income. |
