The express industry in China, from its origins to the present, has experienced30years of development. Service mode and the mode of operation has been a big changefor the service provided to customers which has become more mature and more detailed.Express industry access threshold is low, which created favorable conditions for theexpansion of the number of courier companies, it also brings intense homogeneouscompetition. To scratch survival and development in the competition, vying for marketshare, express delivery companies tend to ignore the improvement of the quality of theirservices-, longterm view is not conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises.Universal online shopping, the express industry in the cusp, and express deliverycompanies in order to the next economy to get better development, improve themanagement and technical level is an urgent need.The operation of the express industry in full swing on the surface, but hiddenbehind a lot of business and operational issues.
