From the characteristics of low-rent housing, drawn on many research results, combined with the relevant provisions, the evaluation system of low-rent housing distribution in Tangshan city is established, and according the AHP to build the housing distribution model. In order to determine the arrangements who have the eligibilities from the applicants’ families by calculating the degree of housing needs, using the distribution model can evaluate comprehensively of the actual situation homogenized family applicants. On this basis, this empirical analysis confirms the feasibility and practicality of the model and proposes some recommendations to the government to protect the effective functioning of the assignment model.The main research achievements of this essay is using AHP to build a assigned model, that used in the chain of ensuring housing distribution, and provides a certain amount of new ideas to solve the problems of ensuring housing for the equitable distribution.
