The introduction of the regional development planning in many areas, the focus of a new round of national strategy is planning to lead the development of the emerging growth area, and cultivate new growth point of focus. The level of China’s economic underdevelopment, closer to town in the rapidly adyancing process of urban development is less mature of the Yellow River Delta efficient ecological economic zone distance, the integration of urban space, forming a high density of Cities and Towns.In this paper, under the premise of the rapid development of regional integration, their status quo of research and space optimization study on the basis of overall space organization, the traffic space, industrial space and ecological network space for organizing and guiding. Proposed new growth areas in the pattern of adjustment of the national space gradually from the marginal zone into the growing area, and national and provincial economic growth support space; a new type of industrialization in the urban space development ideas highlight the resource and environmental constraints, concentrated-urbanization, ecological oriented development strategy, with cities and towns, the main form of the development of metropolitan areas as the development of urban space, play their own economic, cultural and resource advantages, reasonable functional layout, and promote the Yellow River Delta efficient ecological economic zone of urban space to obtain a comprehensive, coordinated, and sustainable development into the region’s integration into the main backbone of the national distribution of productive forces to promote new growth.
