Research On The Mechanism Of Coordinated Developent Of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone And Yellow River Delta Efficient Ecological Economic Zone

The Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone and Yellow Delta Efficient Ecological Economic Zone are all in the territory of Shandong Peninsula; they play an important role in economic growth of Shandong Peninsula. They both have geographic advantages, resources and policy advantages, but these advantages are not been fully exploited now, and didn’t become the engine of economic development in Shandong Peninsula, there is still an development obvious gap in the two economic areas, therefore, to fully tap the coordinated development of the advantages in the two economic zones, to use their comparative advantages to achieve complementary advantages and coordinated development and in order to integrate into the area of co-operation of China’s economic development. Therefore, this paper innovatively from the development characteristics of the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone and Yellow River Delta Efficient Ecological Economic Zone to research the two areas, to explore the cooperation in the two economic zones, to establish the mechanisms of coordinated development, to realize the coordinated development of the two economic areas and Shandong Province, this is very important in practical and significance.This thesis is divided into four main parts:the fundamental part (the first and second chapters) including reviews of relevant theories on the integrated development of regional economy and case studies. The key part (the third chapter) discusses the development characteristics of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone and Yellow River Delta Efficient Ecological Economic Zone, and compares the different development between the two economic zones; the core part of the fourth chapter, firstly cited typical cases of coordinated regional development in our country and abroad; secondly, on the base of the case analysis, it discusses the SWOT in establishing the two economies coordinated development mechanism; lastly, to build a mechanism for coordinated development of the two economic zones. The core part of the fifth chapter puts forward the recommendations on the base of coordinated development mechanism. The conclusion part advocates that the government market、and investment mechanism play an important role in coordinated development on the base of the above, and provide a reference basis for the government to formulate the coordinated development of regional planning.
